Exotic spices such as coriander, tamarind, ginger and coriander make this curry paste a harmonious combination of spices with an authentic Indian aroma. It can be used to make delicious tikka curry dishes with meat, fish, vegetables or rice.

Recipe idea: Chicken Tikka Masala
For 2 persons
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 medium onion, diced
70g - 1/4 jar Patak's Tikka Masala curry paste
250g diced chicken breast
400g chopped tomatoes, fresh or tinned
1 tsp fresh chopped coriander leaf (optional)
100ml cream or plain yoghurt
100ml water
Preparation:
In a medium frying pan, lightly fry the onions in oil until golden.
Stir in Patak's Tikka Masala Paste, add chicken and stir-fry until thick.
Add tomatoes and water, stir well and cover the pan. Simmer on a low flame for 20 minutes.
Stir in cream or yoghurt and garnish with chopped coriander leaves (optional).
Also tastes good with beef, lamb or prawns.
